Supporting Young People with Mental Health First Aid
Being young in America today can be tough on your mental wellbeing. And young people are demanding change. Thanks to the amazing work of Mental Health First Aid Instructors, Coordinators and National Trainers, adults around the country are learning how to listen and help when they think a young person might be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. With teen Mental Health First Aid, you give teens the tools that empower them to help each other. Put it all together, and we’ve got a movement!
