You Know CPR.

But Do You Know CPR for Mental Health?

Learn to Help Someone in a Mental Health Crisis, Just Like You Would in a Medical Emergency.

Whether you’re supporting adults or youth (ages 6-18), Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to recognize the signs, respond effectively, and connect people to the support they need.
